Megha Pigment Emulsion are Dispersed Organic Pigment for Printing on Cotton, Viscose, Nylon, Polyester, Fabrics and their blends. Megha Pigment Emulsion are processed with advanced technology to achieve excellent brilliancy and fastness properties due to micron size of 0.5 Mue dispersions. Megha Pigment Binder along with Pigment Emulsion give high degree of fastness and brilliant shades. These can also be inter-mixed to get different desired shades.

With Kerosene of Mineral Turpentine Oil or Synthetic Thickeners: Take Binder( Megha CLN ) as Per recipe. Mix Water, Urea and M.T.O. or Synthetic Thickeners under High Speed stirrer slowly iu get stable Emulsion. Then add Megha Pigment Emulsions as per requirement and catalyst at the time of printing.


The printed fabrics are dried on drying cylinder and polymerised at 150° C for 3 to 5 minutes. If polymerised at 100° C in printing recipe catalyst is to be substituted by Catalyst L.C.P.


The fastness properties mostly depend upon the quality of binders used. We recommend the rail  of 1:3 between Pigment Emulsions and good quality Printing Binder (Megha CLN)

Contains sufficient amount of Emulsifier and anti-chalking agents. Produces stable Emulsion Printing paste. The film of Binder is transparent and soft T. G. of Binder produce soft film with good elasticity giving better washing fastness.
